Description:

Getting enough magnesium from the foods you eat and avoiding the worst magnesium drains
makes all the difference in how your body functions in almost every regard: Weight, blood
pressure, mood, pain, cravings, and more.

If you are no longer making progress or are even backsliding a bit (despite following the
long-term plan at least for the most part), magnesium is probably a big part of what is tripping
you up.

This TQI talk begins with a detailed and motivating overview of magnesium followed by an
open-mic Q&A session. Here's your chance to get questions about the TQI Diet and general
nutrition answered. A little over an hour has been set aside for Q&A. In the unlikely event that
we run out of questions early, we will use the remaining time to socialize, mingle, and make
friends.
