The Online classes are held live and are identical in length and content to the “in person” classes
    offered at various locations. There are weekly check-ins by email to monitor your progress on the plan
    in all classes.

    We are now using a webinar format for the online class.  To participate in the online class, students
    may choose to listen to the lecture on the computer speakers or they can call in on a long distance
    telephone #, and one needs to have a reasonably fast internet connection (DSL or faster). IPads and
    other devices that do not support Flash cannot be used to access class.

    Each week by evening before the date of class, students are sent an email that provides them with:

    1.  A link that prompts students to register for a GoToWebinar.  Once you register, you receive a
    confirmation email that contains a link that allows you to access the webinar. The webinar will not
    start until class begins.

    If you do not find the online class invitation in email inbox (from info@toquietinflammation.com) by the
    end of evening before class, please contact us so that we can figure out why. Please do not wait until
    class check-in time to find this email.  Also, please do not wait until class time to make sure your
    computer is set up to attend the webinar.

      You should practice accessing the webinar before class starts, the sooner you do this the better. That
      way, you will know your system works, is up to date, and you will s
uccessfully download the software
      required by GoToWebinar

      but it is not a substitute for trying it all out before class begins.

    Kathy will be available in the webinar 30 minutes before class begins for check-in.  Please do plan to
    register for the webinar and ensure that your computer is set up to access the webinar well before the
    class is scheduled to begin, as Kathy starts her lecture promptly.  The audio portion of the class is live
    with Kathy. Participants are muted during the lecture, but there is a chat box on the screen where
    questions can be submitted and will be answered in Q&A sessions during class.

    Access to class is granted based on the student’s telephone number. Students who are using, or may
    be using, a phone number other than that provided when registering must email notice of that phone
    number before class begins to info@toquietinflammation.com

    A week before the class series begins (and once payment has been received) class materials will be
    mailed out.

    Class Fee:  $180 new student; $125 repeat student (no class materials);
                       $225 couples (1 set of class materials)

    Online Class Cancellation Policy:

    Request submitted 14 days prior to start of series:           $5 deducted from refund
    Request submitted 9 to 13 days prior to start of series:    $20 deducted from refund
    Request submitted 0 to 8 days prior to start of series:      No refund

    Class materials are mailed out prior to the week before the start of the series.  Refunds will not be
    made once class materials have been postmarked.
