Request submitted 14 days prior to start of series: $ 5 deducted from refund
Request submitted 72 hours to 13 days prior to start of series: $20 deducted from refund

Online Class Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Class materials are mailed out to Online students prior to the week before the start of the
series. Refunds will not be made once class materials have been postmarked.

Under exceptional or emergency circumstances, we will attempt to assist registrants, but
we do not guarantee refunds or transfers to another series. In those cases, where
transfers are possible, they will be made only to an Online class in one of the next two
series following the original registration.`
TQI reserves the right to cancel any class due to enrollment, location, weather or similar
issues. A full refund of the class fee will be provided under these circumstances.
